Cynthia Gervais is the Vice President of Employee Success, responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation for the entire Human Resources function. Additionally, Ms. Gervais serves as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) ensuring that personnel security program meets DSS standards and policies. Ms. Gervais joined Melwood in 2004. Prior to her current role, Ms. Gervais led the Talent Acquisition Team responsible for developing and implementing plans to recruit all talent for Melwood. She possesses over 20 years’ experience in talent acquisition including project recruitment, contingent searches, and single search recruiting for an industry-leading human capital firm. Ms. Gervais has recruited for a variety of public and private sector assignments including Melwood’s TFM contracts. Ms. Gervais holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College and a Master of Divinity from Wesley Seminary.
