Our largest company division, the custodial services group is an experienced team of operations managers who support every account, address customer needs and ensure 100% satisfaction.
Melwood operates as a contractor providing a range of services to organizations including the federal government, state and local government, and the private sector. We operate 37 federal contracts, delivering high quality total facility management, custodial, grounds keeping and recycling services at 43 sites in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia. Our integrated workforce is comprised of more than 800 people of differing abilities and more than 400 typically abled workers serving as a national model for a successful integrated workforce.
