Stay at Melwood Recreation Center and discover the beauty of the outdoors. Camp out in tents, roast marshmallows, tell stories, and watch the sunset. Enjoy daily life enrichment classes. Discover your inner self. Visit with the animals and take a horse ride. Enjoy swimming and outdoor games. Visit our greenhouse and take a nature walk around the grounds. We will travel by bus to Melwood Recreation Center in Nanjemoy, MD. There will be a considerable amount of walking during this program.
