During the first week of March, twelve employees on our Contract Services team participated in the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) Certification program. The three-day course certifies the team as Registered Building Service Managers (RBSM), a designation that is considered the most prestigious symbol of excellence for building service contracting personnel.
This comprehensive training program educated our staff on a variety of topics related to quality control, chemicals & chemistry, safety, green cleaning, security and customer relations.
