Cycle 4 Graduation Ceremony

On December 23^rd, students from cycle four of the Professional Development Training program celebrated their graduation. A total of five students received their ‘Certificates of Completion’ after an intense 12-week training class where they learned the necessary tools to successfully enter the workforce. Such tools include proper interview etiquette, budgeting, resume writing, communication skills and tax form completion. Along with classroom training, cycle four students also participated in mock interviews and attended a career fair. Thanks to the donations from Andrews Attic, a thrift shop on Andrews Air Force Base, our students were able to attend each function dressed in the proper business attire.

During the completion ceremony, cycle four instructors described their students as “motivated, determined, eager to learn and hands on during group projects.” We are very proud of our graduates and we wish them much success as they enter the workforce.
