Fort George G. Meade Community Job Fair

On May 25th Fort George G. Meade Army Base held a Job Fair on their grounds for the community. Melwood’s Fort Meade Human Resources/Security Manager, Jackie Miller and Sr. Vocational Support Case Manager, Ayana Burnett were on hand for the event providing details on our employment opportunities.  Hundreds of job seekers from the local community came out to learn more about Melwood's job openings at Fort Meade and our contract sites throughout the DC Metro area.

In an effort to raise awareness and reach a broader audience, Melwood’s Fort Meade staff participates in 3-4 job fairs each year.  It’s a great opportunity to to give information to the local community about Melwood’s mission.
