Meet Michael Paulis

Michael J. Paulis is a Grounds Maintenance Laborer on Melwood’s total facility management contract with Fort George G. Meade. Michael has been a Melwood employee for the past four years and can’t imagine being anywhere else. His coworkers describe him as reliable, helpful, courteous and a pleasure to work with. His managers also praise him on his strong work ethic and leadership skills. In his spare time, Michael enjoys cheering on his favorite sports teams, the Baltimore Orioles and the Baltimore Ravens. One of his proudest moments so far was competing in the Special Olympics where he won a gold medal in soccer!
