Last month, Melwood hosted a job fair at its Dower House location. A diverse set of eager candidates arrived to interview for available custodial jobs at our different contract sites around the Metropolitan area. Each candidate was taken through a comprehensive evaluation process that consisted of being assessed by Melwood’s Vocational Support Services Team, interviewed by Operations Managers, and pre-employment screening paperwork with our Talent Acquisition Team.
The room was buzzing with excitement as each potential employee expressed his or her interest, drive, and desire to become a part of Melwood.
