UPPER MARLBORO, MD., Jan. 17, 2017 — Cari DeSantis, President and CEO of Melwood, is pleased to announce that Melwood was selected for the Washington Business Journal’s Book of Lists edition as one of the top twenty-five Small Regional 501(C)(3) Organizations in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The Book of Lists ranks Melwood as the 5th highest revenue-producing agency among small nonprofits in the region. Melwood reported $83.92 million in revenues in fiscal year 2015.
Washington Business Journal’s highly-regarded annual Book of Lists acts as a resource guide for conducting business in every major industry in the D.C. metropolitan area. This is the first time Melwood has been selected for inclusion.
