As members of the Melwood family, we care about your safety. Your well-being is a top priority. There have been reports of damage to employee property, namely cars, at our headquarters in Upper Marlboro. This kind of activity is unacceptable and frowned upon at all Melwood campuses and contract sites.

Please notify your direct supervisor, or someone in management, if you have witnessed behavior not conducive for a safe working environment. There is a strict no-retaliation policy at Melwood.

One of our best defenses against crime is you. This is a shared responsibility. Immediately report any suspicious or questionable activity. Everyone should recognize the role they play in identifying and reporting potential problems.
