Juan Hernandez was a former construction worker who came to Melwood on December 13, 1999 to start as a custodian at the Potomac Annex. In December of 2012, Juan transferred to the Washington Navy Yard site and has proven to be a valuable asset to the team. Currently taking on the role as a Lead Worker, Juan expresses his gratitude to Melwood for “providing opportunities that I would not have received anywhere else.” His unwavering dedication to his duties and professionalism is beyond noteworthy.
