Pamela Stevens is one of the most cooperative and motivated employees at the Washington Navy Yard site. Pamela came to the Washington Navy Yard on March 2, 2015 as a custodian. Overcoming some personal obstacles early on, Pamela weathered the storm and emerged victorious as she remained steadfast in her endeavors to support her team. Working side by side with the Foreman, Pamela is polite, personable and always willing to lend her helping hands. She loves working for Melwood “because of the new friends and people that (she) has encountered.” Pamela demonstrates outstanding work ethic, assists with training and always ensures the site reaches its daily goals.
