Ashley is a dedicated member of Melwood's community based and therapeutic programs. She is especially excited about her achievements through the Equestrian program. She is more focused as a result of the program and she continues to learn more about navigating the horses...especially on the trails. Her mother is delighted to have found this program. She says the program has really increased Ashley's self confidence and that she has developed friendships a a result of her participation. She really loves the fact that the equestrian program staff and her teammates on the Trail team have made her feel welcome.
